Maia Steinberg is een componiste, zangeres en ondernemer, geboren in Montevideo, Uruguay, waar ze een Bachelor in Compositie heeft behaald. Later verhuisde ze naar Frankrijk om een Master in Compositie voor Audiovisuele Media te volgen. Later is ze doorgegaan naar Nederland om een Bachelor en Master in klassieke zang te voltooien, dit in Maastricht en Tilburg.

Ze heeft muziek gemaakt voor korte films, videogames, theaterstukken en andere interdisciplinaire projecten in onder andere Frankrijk, Uruguay, Nederland, Italië en Noord-Macedonië. Met haar composities heeft ze al meerdere prijzen gewonnen. Ze is een volleerd zangeres die wereldwijd optreedt in concerten en opera producties. Na de start van haar carrière ontdekte Maia de wereld van klank genezing en traditionele liederen en reisde ze naar verschillende landen om verschillende vormen van vocale kunst te bestuderen. Als onderdeel van haar toewijding aan het creëren van sociale impact, door middel van vocale kunst, richtte ze Project A op. Project A is een artistieke incubator die interdisciplinaire voorstellingen en gemeenschapsprojecten creëert waarin liederen worden ingezet als een instrument voor verandering.

Maia Steinberg is a composer, singer and entrepreneur born in Montevideo, Uruguay, where She obtained a Bachelor in Composition. She later moved to France to pursue a Master's degree in Composition for Audiovisual Media, and then to the Netherlands to complete a Bachelor and Master in classical singing, both in Maastricht and Tilburg.

She has created music for short films, video games, theater plays, and other interdisciplinary projects in France, Uruguay, Netherlands, Italy, North Macedonia, among others, winning various prizes for her compositions. She is also an accomplished singer who performs in concerts and opera productions globally. After a life turnover, Maia discovered the world of sound healing and traditional songs, traveling to different countries to study different vocal art manifestations. Committed to creating social impact through vocal art, she founded Project A, an artistic incubator that creates interdisciplinary performances and community projects using songs as a tool for change.
