Pianist Tony Roe is constantly searching for new ways to make music. With a passion for interactive electronics, he combines these elements with the acoustic piano to create innovative performances. As part of his band Tin Men and the Telephone, he developed interactive shows where the audience can influence the music through an app. In his latest project, Modular Piano, the piano is surrounded by modular synthesizers and live video projections. This setup produces a rich variety of unique sounds and visuals, which will be presented in a series of new compositions.
