Rembrandt Frerichs, a pianist and composer, seamlessly blends the worlds of jazz, world music, and classical music. Known for breaking boundaries and creating surprising combinations, he collaborates with superstars from the Middle East, such as Hossein Alizadeh and Kayhan Kalhor, but also effortlessly switches to working with musicians from the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra or his own trio, De Staalmeesters.

In this performance, Rembrandt Frerichs presents an interview and performance with De Staalmeesters, featuring his own compositions: Sweelinck Variations for piano and three string instruments, Stav for piano and three string instruments, and Carrousel for piano and three string instruments.
