muTaTum

muTaTum by Christiaan Richter premiered on 19 February 2022 at the Andriessen Festival in Arnhem, with Ermis Theodorakis performing the piano solo and conducted by Gregory Charette. The piece, commissioned by Orkest De Ereprijs with support from Fonds Podiumkunsten, featured a diverse ensemble of musicians, including special guest Vincent van Amsterdam (accordion). The work blends various instruments to create a dynamic and innovative sound world.

The world premiere of Christiaan Richter's muTaTum (2020-2022) took place on 19 February 2022 at the Andriessen Festival, Musis, in Arnhem. The performance featured Ermis Theodorakis on piano solo, conducted by Gregory Charette. The piece was commissioned by Orkest De Ereprijs and financially supported by the Fonds Podiumkunsten.
